Once in my life ...

Once in my life I dreamt of being a celebrity, an actress, a model, a political leader... I dreamt of being famous. I have not achieved it yet and probably will never will but what important for me is, I continue dreaming and I try to do the things according to my will and to my happiness.

Explore what life can offer you and do not be bounded by what other people might think because at the end of the day, the question that you need to face is "Are you happy??".

Samal Island Day 2: What a Life @ Pearl Farm

After all the hectic schedules, overtimes, busy working life, deadlines and stresses, who doesn't need a vacation? Who doesn't want tranquility?....definitely not me, not us!!^____^

Isla Reta

Isla Reta is actually a resort located at Talikud Island, an island at the back of Samal Island. It is one of the most relaxing and beautiful places I’ve been to. Lying under a tree, on a white sand shore, in front of the blue sea with crystal-like waves, with your favourite friends having cocktails and beers, against the heat of the summer is just one of the perfect scenes in my mind. A perfect scene in the perfect setting. :)

Do not be deceived by this little, ugly gate because inside it is a wonderland.

Samal Island Day 1

There is no better way to end the year than to pack, fly and plunge. Just right after the Typhoon Pablo,   I together with my travel buddy,  flew to Davao. Luckily, Samal Island was not too much affected by the Typhoon. We finally landed at Davao International Airport @ approximately 6am.

Island hopping @ Bohol

Our sea tour itinerary includes dolphin watching, snorkeling @ Balicasag Island and Virgin Island. Sadly, not even one dolphin appeared due to the heavy sea waves the night before our trip.

Balicasag Island
- Not quite far from Panglao is an island called Balicasag. It has a white sand and blue water that is suitable to have a clear view of corals, fishes and other marine life. We were taken by a small boat and a different tour guide there which cost 150/person. The municipality prohibited those motor boats to go on tour with their guests to pave a way for the means of living of Balicasag residents.

Riverview Inn:Place to stay @ Caramoan

Our first plan was to look for the cheapest but the worthiest tour we can ever have. There I found one, Riverview Inn. It offers its own package tour inclusive of accommodation, buffet meals, transportation within the area, boat rental for the island hopping and local tour guide which is much cheaper than the others.

Monaco Suites de Boracay

Superb! the perfect word to describe Monaco. We spent 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel and we are very much satisfied. From the sophisticated pick-up service at the airport where we were taken by a speed boat plus a glass of mouthwatering white wine. When we landed at the hotel, we were welcomed by their friendly staffs. Although the hotel have steep paths going up and down from your unit to the lobby or to the pool, good thing that they have golf carts to bring you up and down the hill.

PNR Adventure

Since we wanted to start our Caramoan tour with adventure and different experience, we decided to ride on PNR train from Manila going to Naga instead of riding a bus. At hindi kami nagkamali, super kakaibang expereience, I totally recommend it. It’s also safer to ride on a train since it is inevitable. hahaha parang praning lang! But seriously, we just trusted train more than bus.

…so the PNR train, I thought only few people choose this mode of transportation because it's  time consuming not unlike plane but I was wrong. It is in demand!
