Isla Reta is actually a resort located at
Talikud Island, an island at the back of Samal Island. It is one of the most
relaxing and beautiful places I’ve been to. Lying under a tree, on a white sand shore, in front of the blue sea with crystal-like waves, with your favourite friends having cocktails and beers, against the heat of the summer is just one of the perfect scenes in my mind. A perfect scene in the perfect setting. :)
Do not be deceived by this little, ugly gate because inside it is a wonderland. |

How to get there:
From Sta. Ana Wharf, you can ride a ferry boat goint to Sta. Cruz Wharf. Travel time approximately is 45 minutes. Once there, you may opt to ride a tricycle if you have a lot of baggage or walk to not-so-far resort for about 5 mins.
