After all the hectic schedules, overtimes, busy working life, deadlines and stresses, who doesn't need a vacation? Who doesn't want tranquility?....definitely not me, not us!!^____^
Just right before we head to Pearl Farm, we rode a ferry boat from Sta. Cruz wharf going to Kaputian wharf. Then, we impulsively decided to visit the famous Monfort Bat Colony. The only mode of transportation going there is through habal habal/ tricycle which are already available near the wharf. Imagine riding a habal-habal one way for 30 minutes??!!! Ansakit lang sa pwet. haha

More than 2 Miliion Fruit Bats inhabit in a 24-hectare property owned by the Monfort Family. They made it to Guinness Book of World Records in 2010 as the largest colony of Geoffroys Rousettes.

Pearl Farm
Pearl Farm beach resort is a renowned world class beach resort in Samal Island. It is one of the most popular beach resorts you will often see in the pictures when you search for Samal or Davao.
When we arrived in Pearl farm it is already lunch time. And since we were starving and we love to eat, we availed the Buffet Lunch. Different varieties of dishes tickled our palate and left us with a full stomach...WHAT LIFE!!!♥♥♥

What I like the most in Pearl Farm are their amenities. Their infinity pool doesn't need an angle to appreciate its beauty, effortlessly beautiful. There are also lots of activities to do, kayaking, diving, jet ski,etc. Although all mentioned comes with charges. But they also have billiards, WII, board games, etc. which are free of charge. Pearl Farm is also a great place to relax. Having spa in that kind of place is a bliss.
What I don't like about Pearl Farm is they hinder the guests to go out once checked in. I understand that they just want the security for the guests but what if we want to roam around the area like go to Maxima Beach Resort and experience the giant slide?? This is just the first time that I heard this kind of rule in a resort. I can't help to think that this is no other than a business strategy.

During the dinner, a band serenaded the visitors while eating a sumptuous meal. Feel na feel namin yung magandng lugar plus yung kanta, mas nakakaganang kumain....WHAT A LIFE!!!♥♥♥
Book in Asiatravel rather than in the resort itself or in Agoda. Booking in Asia travel is cheaper plus it includes breakfast and airport transfers unlike in Agoda or booking in the resort itself where no airport transfers is included.
I definitely recommend the hotel and I'll look forward to the day that I will come back in here again and experience a relaxing life. :)
